Hey I just bought this car for $400, but it has some engine problems. I'm thinking there is a something going on with the pistons, cuz when the engine is on, smoke comes out of the camshaft and I hear some clankering. These are symptoms of?? I believe the piston rings may be shot. For $400, I think it's worth it, the rest of the car is immaculate with some minor dings here and there, not bad huh? The dude wanted $1000 for it.

I was on vacation in Cali with my wife and her family..... We took my car which "had" a nice Pioneer cd deck....... Well, I made the mistake of leaving the face plate on my stereo on and armed the car.............. From the time period of 12am-6am, my driver side window was smashed in and all my stuff in the car was stolen($100 sunglasses, ASU sweatshirt), jacked up the interior of my car leaving broken glass everywhere, and they even had the gall to take my coin stash in the ash tray($10 worth)...... THEY TOOK MY COIN STASH!!!!!! So it goes to show that the bad guys will take whatever they feel like taking, even your 5 months worth of loose change from Taco Bell. BUT, to make a horrible story end positive........ I had full coverage on my car so my window was replaced (minus the tinting) that day compliments of my full coverage policy from Progressive Insurance and my stereo was replaced with an equally priced deck within a week, plus I had rental insurance so I didn't have to pay for my rental car while my stereo and the interiors were being replaced (cuz not only did they steal my coin stash, they also jacked up my console and part of the door molding..... amateur theifs). They could've at least removed my stereo properly so I wouldn't have to replace everything on the console. AMATEURS!!!!!!!!!! So in short.... Leave all items out of plain view, remove any advertisements on your window, get a cheap alarm system and change your policy to full coverage ....... 1. you get a better rate on your insurance 2. You will be covered in any damage without panalties (solong as it wasn't your fault) 3. What thieves can't see won't be stolen (unless they see your $79,000 BMW, then you're screwed) 4. Learn to laugh about your stereo being jacked..... I did...... I hate you Stereo Theives!!!!! So to answer the original question: Get the Viper without shock sensors, but with trunk release, window, and car start buttons on the remote. Those options make life so much better.

Maybe you can buy a x1950 XTX for 600 dollars, but you'd still need a processor, hard drive, ram, motherboard, case, ect, ect... I could easily turn your argument around and say the PS3 is only 600 dollars compared to a graphics card alone which is 600 dollars, then you get some Intel Core 2 Duo for 600 dollars then you get a 150 dollar motherboard, then 250 dollars of ram and a bunch of other junk which costs hundreds of more dollars. Not to get all nasty or anything, but dude...... you're just upgrading your current comp, you don't necessarily need to upgrade everything in that skinny midtower, just the video card, hence just upgrade your video card and you have a better computer x 10. If you have to buy all that stuff to compete with a mesely glorified console, then: 1. You didn't think ahead in buying components for building your current comp 2. You just feel like having more than one computer Either way you still have a better computer, which does alot more than that plastic box that plays 2nd gen grafix games and download mp3's, I can do that with my PDA phone. Anyways, how are you able to play cs:s or post up in this forum so therefore, you already have a computer?? hmmm.... 1+1=2

Steven....He's not really an official admin, just has admin powers, cuz he's got connections with the servers we were using and friends with FATTY, if I remember correct. But there have been other "Stevens" that I've had to kick before for doing bad things, so let's just send out the M&M's to the real Steven before we get things bent out of proportion.
