  1. For fun, I actually programmed rocket Jockey damage. I can't figure out a good balance for damage to distance though...
  2. I wish I got paid to write the buy plugin and the other stuff on the server...
  3. It's nice to see it consistently awarding points...man that was a pain to figure out and get working.
  4. Update 2.4.1.52gc: -Disabled Spitters at the start of c6m3. They will be re-enabled once the finale starts (after the elevator descends, triggering the finale) -Fully prevented bots from earning points ever -Allowed "Disable Death Check" to be purchased when dead
  5. I don't see why this can't be done. I'll look into it.
  6. It fills up here and there, but not nearly as often as years in the past. Hard to compete against all other 8+ versus servers, russian non-steam ones and various others when the game can hardly keep population up. It's peak players on any given day is a little over 10k. Don't blame people for getting burnt out on the game too. It's been around for 8 years.
  7. Outlast and Outlast: Whistleblower are free in the Humble Bundle store for 48hrs.

  8. There are 4 listed transactions marked as "Pending". Try throwing him a PM about it. He'll be able to take care of it for you.
  9. Update 2.4.1.51gc: -Updated "Horde on Respawn" to spawn in 8 (yes, intentional from the Group Horde's 9 of each) of each uncommon infected whenever a Survivor player has respawned or been defibed.
  10. It does both once Witches on Respawn is purchased.
  11. I could just change how Horde on Respawn works to spawn a mixture of uncommons.
  12. Update 2.4.1.5gc: -Added a Group Horde option (item will also show a description in the buy menu before you select it). Purchasing this will spawn 9 of each Hazmat, Riot, and Mudmen uncommon infected. Cost is the same as buying a regular uncommon horde. -Fixed a bug in buying the fake infection message where if it cannot find a player to "infect" it will "infect" the server instead, thus doing absolutely nothing at the cost of 3 points. Instead it will notify you and not charge you anything. -Separated the fake infection message for Survivor and Infected teams. If a player is fake infected, the Infected team will be notified that it's a fake.
  13. Just out of spite, I'm going to rearrange all the buy menu items so you'll have to redo all your binds.
  14. I hate creating menus, and you want me to make more? You suck.
  15. I could always implement a cooldown timer if necessary. I want to see it in action for a while before I do anything like that though It's certainly possible. Like getting items from the gifts dropped.
  16. Update 2.4.1.4gc: -Changed how the handling of points are awarded. No visible change will be seen on the server. Doing so shrunk the file size by like... 11 KB. -Uncommon Hordes can now only be purchased one at a time. In order to purchase a new uncommon horde, Infected players will need to wait for the current uncommon horde to finish spawning -Smoker now earns more points per damage dealt -Jockey now earns more points per damage dealt -Replaced end of round award "Overachiever" and replaced it with total amount of points earned that round by both teams -When a Fake Infection message gets purchased, the victim will now turn red to mimic them being black and white. The player won't actually be black and white though. If they get incapped, their color will be reset. If you encounter any bugs as this change went untested (except for how points are handled and I didn't notice anything wrong), please let me know so I can fix them quickly. Kind of fun fact: Uncommon hordes have already been purchased 665 times across both servers (it should actually be higher than that due to a goof on my part, which has been fixed).
  17. Future Update (soon to be posted in the update thread): -Changed how points are awarded in the plugin (no difference will be seen on the server except for points will all be awarded in x.xx format...probably) -End of round announcements will now display how many points were spent in the round for both teams for curiosity's sake (soon to be coded...thankfully there is no one that plays on the server named "curiosity") -Hordes can only be purchased one at a time (soon to be coded) -Smoker and Jockey will award more points per damage (soon to be coded)
  18. Clowns, I don't see any use adding. All they do is act as a mobile pipebomb for unalert commons so they follow the squeaking. When a horde is summoned, they're already fully alert and dashing toward their prey. Construction Worker zeds though are immune to pipe bombs (got those earmuffs on). I could see adding those, but they probably won't be used very much. I like the choices we have now and people seem to be loving it. I know Maestro is adamant on not adding them, but if Jimmy Gibbs zeds are added, again they'll only spawn 5 per horde and I'm thinking about upping only those to 20 points.
  19. Observing a few times, seems like uncommon hordes, when used strategically, do become quite the force to be reckoned with. It's almost like having an 11th player on the field. Next update will restrict hordes to be spawned in one at a time to buffer out the appearances. Players can, however, chain them together, but the change will rely on the infected team to communicate to chain them together...or to keep checking the buy menu for when they're available for purchase again. If they still end up becoming a bit too much for Survivor teams to handle, a 15-30 second cooldown will end up being implemented. Also, I had a stupid idea. What if whenever a player buys something, the cost gets evenly distributed to the other team. Geez, that'd make no sense to do, lol.
  20. Update 2.4.1.3gc: -Riot and Mudmen hordes can now be purchased -Increased horde purchase price to 15. Up from 10.
