  1. I don't dig flavored coffees anyways...I like it straight up, so I ain't skeered
  2. Hmm....I dunno, it's as fresh as any other vacuum sealed container of coffee that you buy in the store, and as far as real? I don't know what you mean by that, it's coffee. Is it the best out there? No. But it fits my needs when I am trying to get out the door by 6:15 am, fills my travel mug perfectly with no clean up or waste...me likey. And if you use the EkoBrew thingy that Fk posted...you can put anything you want in there. So other than that, I don't see how using a Keurig machine to make your cup of coffee differs from using any other machine...different means to the same end.
  3. Dunkin Donuts coffee is pretty awesome...I will not waiver from this stance.
  4. Start handing out invitations to the Got Banned? forums!

    Yo Yo Yo

It's nice to see you publicly high fiving yourself again!
  6. I think Black Ops 2 is a pretty damn good game so far, plays great and is a ton of fun. The folks that attempt to build good Counterstrike games could learn a thing or two about shot registration and general consistency of gameplay from games like this and Battlefield 3.
  7. Never heard of it, but there is a damn good chance that I would drink it
  8. Should be a nice rig. Might want to check out the cases from Corsair, awesome build quality and the cable management makes for a very clean case....can hardly see any cables. I agree with amertrash on the power supply, I would go maybe a bit smaller unit from a better company. I'm using a Corsair 750w and it's actually more than sufficient. Get a Z77 chipset mobo, it's almost a necessity. Here is an affordable one that's less than $20 more than the one you have selected. http://www.microcent...tel_Motherboard The only other thing that seems like you might be selling yourself short on is the video card, it's not going to be enough to play the newer stuff at high rez at higher frame rates. I know this because because I just finally benched mine in favor of a GTX670, and the difference in games like Battlefield 3 is VERY noticeable. I can only imagine that this will be even more noticeable pushing those graphics to a 32" monitor....which by the way, how does a TV work as a monitor? Is it blurry at high speeds at all? I've considered trying that since the price is so much more affordable, but I just figured that there had to be some noticeable difference, otherwise everyone would be doing it. 16MB of RAM really isn't needed, I'm using 8MB, and so is pretty much everyone that I play with and it's more than enough for gaming...you could cut that back to 8MB and apply the leftover bucks to more video card Here's mine, and i'm very happy with the performance: i5 3570k ASrock Extreme4 Z77 mobo OCZ Vertex 3 240gb SSD WD 1TB drive for storage 8GB Patriot Vengeance RAM MSI GTX670 TwinFrozr Corsair TX750W PSU Corsair C70 Case
  9. Now that I have Windows 8 up and running on my laptop, the idea of a Windows 8 phone is pretty intriguing. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy SIII and am happy with it, I have been using Android phones for a few years now and I have been pleased overall. ZD's recommendation of the Nexus 4 is a pretty good one, the phone straight from Google unlocked is supposed to be under $300....be prepared for some bugs though, as there hasn't been a Nexus release yet that has been free of them, most of them minor and patched up in a reasonable amount of time. Do you have Windows 8 on any of your computers? If you do, it seems like it would be pretty kick arse to have the same experience across both devices, especially with all that new fangled syncing.
  10. I just finally installed my new SSD and Windows 8 on my laptop last night. It's definitely different, not necessarily a bad thing, but there is some learning to do. Even though you can always go to your desktop for a more familiar look, the interaction with apps and stuff is still quite a bit different. I haven't made up my mind yet as to whether or not I am a fan of having a smartphone-like app environment on my PC, but so far it's a bit better than I expected.
  11. Yeah, he will be a creative consultant or something like that....still, I hope it doesn't suck.
  12. Everything that i've read suggests that you needn't bother upgrading if you are running Windows 7...unless of course you just have to have the shiny new Metro UI, which i'm up in the air about. I am getting a copy for my laptop tho since it's still running Vista...so I guess i'll soon find out.
  13. Awesome pics...fall is what i miss most about the north, we only have 2 seasons here, hot and hotter
  14. That's really cheap for an IPA, which is one of my favorites....we are getting a Costco down here soon...I hope they have that down here! I don't care for wheat lagers at all, but I haven't met many ales that I didn't like, lol. One of my local favorites is NOLA Blonde ale....so damn good, but expensive.
  15. I think it's just the crappy game....I tried every rate setting I could find here in the forums and on other forums, nothing seemed to help significantly. I even thought that it might be my PC which was getting a bit dated, so I upgraded and gave the game another chance....but nope, it's still awful. What can we really expect for $15 though? I think Source was a way better game, I still had registration issues with that, but no where near the level that I do with GO. I uninstalled it. I just don't get why they can't make a game where the shots hit well...I mean, it's a very important basic fundamental of a good shooter. Games like BF3 do it very well, so I know it can be done. BF3 actually works and is a blast to play....dunno why more people here don't play it
  16. Yeah, but will it let you use more than 1 redemption in your Origin account? Getting codes wouldn't be a problem, I would think using them all would be.
  17. Do you play Blackjack strictly "by the book", or do you mix it up?
  18. What's ur game? Nevermind, you answered that in an earlier post. Congratz on the winnings...looks like it was a fun night!
  19. My last headset was Sennheiser, and they sounded pretty awesome....about as good as anything at the time. I guess it's really just more about preference than anything else, it's kinda like ZD said....you hear alot of stuff, and most of it with amazing clarity, but it's not really the stuff that's important to hear in gaming. My biggest issue is directional awareness....I can hear footsteps a mile away, lots of them, problem is knowing which way they are coming at me.
  20. I don't know if it's my setup or not, to be fair, I haven't played with it much to try and improve it, but I have a surround headset and I don't really feel that I have good directional awareness with it....sounds great, but it sounds like they are coming from everywhere in BF3. I have the Logitech G930.
