I would like to grab my wife a new Mac laptop whether it be a pro or an air but the price is honestly a killer. I am looking for a good place to pick up a refurb or new Macbook Air (it is the cheaper model) that is at least an i5 and reputable. Anyone have any ideas? I missed out on a great deal at cowboom.com and the cheapest Apple has either at their ebay store or on their site is still around 1k. I might have to spend that much but am hoping first to find some place of reputation.

I used my wife's Mac to purchase and download Mac OS 10.7.2 Lion then used a tool called Unibeast to create a USB installer for Lion. It is still in the process of installing but when it is done, I intend to make an attempt at installing it on m Laptop here. Lenovo Y560p with an i5, 6GB of RAM, ATi graphics (could be the problem) among other things. I used the built-in Windows 7 "create system image" tool to backup my entire computer before making the attempt so I can recover if it fails. I am just bored and looking to give it a try.
