Please PM me any changes/additions you would like to see if you are an activity coordinator. All are subject to change. PC Game Tournaments registration will CLOSE 1 hour before the scheduled start time. This allows for brackets, schedule, format, etc to be arranged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Friday, July 23rd: 10:00am - Network crew starts setup 12:00pm - Server crew starts setup 4:00pm - Open to gamers (virus scan first) 6:00pm - Dinner 9:00pm - CS Tournament (random draw, 6 person teams, random map draw, 2 rounds of 10) 12:00am - CoD Tournament Saturday, July 24th: 9:00am - Breakfast 11:00am - Volleyball Tourney (4 person team, self pick teams) 12:00pm - Registration closes for Texas-Holdem. Entry fee due by this time. 12:30pm - Horseshoe Competition Starts (2 person teams, self pick, single elim, flex match times) 1:00pm - Lunch 3:00pm - Texas No-Limit Hold-em 6:00pm - Dinner 7:00pm - Group Photo 7:30pm - Door Prizes / Case Mod Comptetition 10:00pm - UT2004 Tournament 12:00am - BF Tournament (unofficial) Sunday, July 25th: 10:00am - PC breakdown. Area cleanup begins.
