I'm not sure what it is, but I install it, then I went to play it, thru the game and thru gamespy, and it says I need to install the patch.. when i try to play it thru gamespy... so I do it... and i tried to wait in line and it game me an error,so i had zgguN find me another link, and I DL it from there, and everytime i try to execute that patch, it shows up at least twice or three times in my processes.. soooo, I uninstalled, and will be trying to install it later.... I'm not sure about the file sizes to be honest but if I recall it was a big one and a small one like you mentioned. After install they played just fine, my only issue was it just wasn't as much fun as I hoped. It was ok just not the kind of thing I'll do long term so I passed it on Personally I would take this to the hardware forums instead and get advice from folks who play it.
