Batman April 24, 2006 Share Batman Member April 24, 2006 (edited) I dont know about anywhere else in Ohio but here in Cincinnati you can have a concealed weapons permit.. In Kentucky across the river from me as well. A couple of yrs ago a guy was out jogging in Newport Ky, someone approached him with a gun and said "give me your money". The jogger put his hand in his pocket to get his money, and pulled out a gun and shot the guy in the head. The mugger didnt even have bullets in his gun.. You dont know who has a gun, muggers and crooks dont know who has a gun.. So you be nice to everyone.. Oh yeah, the jogger had a concealed weapons permit and there was a witness.
