anonymo September 19, 2007 Share anonymo Member September 19, 2007 but why does my powerbook g4 run faster than my 3.0ghz pc? my powerbook is second hand, but didn't those things first come out in like '01? i finished my pc with top o the line stuff in '06. <3 pc's That's odd because my AMD 3500+ at 2.3Ghz can mixdown raw audio effects faster than any G5 I have ever used and that's using ProTools (a program designed for Mac) and without crashing 3 out of 5 attempts. Sounds like you could save some money if you learned how to use a PC. (what now?!?!?! )

ZeroDamage September 19, 2007 Share ZeroDamage Member September 19, 2007 I recognize every one of Zester's taskbar icons. And people who keep installer files on their desktop forever annoy the crap out of me.

VooDooPC September 20, 2007 Share VooDooPC Member September 20, 2007 Blue Eagle Background: http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/details.php?id=961 Red Eagle Background: http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/details.php?id=958 For mine I went into Photoshop and made it gray scale. On XP I also flipped it horizontally so the eagle wasn't under icons, but on Vista I wanted the dark side for gadgets.

Tristan October 15, 2007 Share Tristan Member October 15, 2007 (edited) Oh and use System Mechanic 5 or another version to take away the ugly "shortcut" arrows in the icons for XP. Edited October 15, 2007 by Tristan
dragonfly October 15, 2007 Share dragonfly Member October 15, 2007 Oh and use System Mechanic 5 or another version to take away the ugly "shortcut" arrows in the icons for XP. Also, just rename the icons using combinations of alt+255 as blank characters. Then there are no words under the icons.
