nut March 9, 2008 Share nut Member March 9, 2008 Ok people... we are going to make a schedule... when can people start? i think this week could be a good development week to figure out the whole idea behind this... but we need some good input. old topic started here ... and we determined that we should have a : Name: Age: Weight: Body Fat %: Desired weight: Height: Weekly Work Out (hrs): Bench Max: Bench 8 Rep: Desired 8 rep: Squats Max: Squats 8 Rep: just to get to know each others fitness background ... but we should be making a schedule pretty soon determining when to post this all up. We'll be creating a couple threads on our goals and what we're doing. I.E. Diet goals, Workout plans, etc. We can post them up and what we want to do for them and see if we stuck with it.
