Just use the format I used in my first post (change colors if you want so it's easy to find) This is where we are going to SEE if we are doing what we say we are! I'm pumped and cannot wait to do this. We will post up our starting pics, and ever 4 weeks after that for 16 weeks. Total of 5 picture posts per person. Front, Side, and Flex. Any other pics upon request haha Feel Free to post up any of your thoughts!!!! The motivation is greatly appreciated :D I feel after 4 weeks, we should start to see results.
