(then again at the beginning of the week I was up to 274 again)

 

I went shopping yesterday and purchased good snacks and food and I've been watching my portions more. Now if only I could motivate myself to running/walking more.

Only down 1 lb this week. I was still sick all this week but getting better. I'm pretty sure last week's 4lb loss was a fluke, and I'll gain it all back :boo:

 

And I'll say from looking at the weight loss chart, Fatty has the most consistent weight loss out of everyone. He must be doing something right. :luxhello:

I had seen 210 on wed (progress day) and know that it is coming soon!!!

 

Sundays starts the p90 program and should increase my weight loss by another pound a week I am hoping.

195 is sounding so good....but I'm gonna blow by that and lose 2 lbs this week.....

 

yup, all i care about was 1-2 lbs / week. (of course i'd like it to be 2...but that's some serious hard work)

somewhat back at it...although no exercise yet (havent got a new home routine down w/Timmy home now)

just didnt gourge as much as I did the week before...plus I think this lack of sleep has decreased the appetite some.

 

anyways....back at 300, 200's here i come next week baby.

 

anxious to do spreadsheet now as I dropped from #1 to #4 with 1 bad week.
