nut April 25, 2008 Author Share nut Member April 25, 2008 switching up your routine is VERY smart.. doing a different workout every 3 or so weeks makes your body work... and you can do many different ones. strength workout, light workout, medium... whatever I have been eating a lot of protein... 6-7 eggs, toast and pbutter.. along with 3 or so glasses of milk... i get 70+grams of protein.. woo wooo come on guys Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
