k guys... This is where you post up your work out plan/goals for the up-coming week! Legs, Arms, Toning, etc. There will be one of these new topics opened every week of the workout plan... where we can post up what we want to work on for the week.

wow i deff disappeared right after this started for a while being a homeowner eats up alot of time when you first move in lol

this week i am keeping it to strength lifts.. 5 rep lifts... and strenuous workouts

Pwn those weights!!!!

 

still lifting and possibly gain'n a slight amount of weight!!!

 

should I work in some light workouts? to kind of change up my routine? hhhhmmmmm...

switching up your routine is VERY smart.. doing a different workout every 3 or so weeks makes your body work... and you can do many different ones.

 

strength workout, light workout, medium... whatever

 

 

I have been eating a lot of protein... 6-7 eggs, toast and pbutter.. along with 3 or so glasses of milk... i get 70+grams of protein..

yeah no problem man.. just remember... eat good, work out hard.. and bam those results will be pilling in, in no time.
