ok guys... This is where you post up your work out plan/goals for the up-coming week! Legs, Arms, Toning, etc. There will be one of these new topics opened every week of the workout plan... where we can post up what we want to work on for the week.

 

Addition: We all need to make sure that we are keeping on top of our workouts and are POSTING the progress... i can get the idea of not posting... but i want to make sure we are all still working!

found myself a workout partner!!! w00t!

 

finally working out the legs on a regular basis

 

mon-wed-fri are upper body days

 

tues-thur are leg days

 

trying to run more, but it got cold here this week so i wimped out (it was 80 here 5 days ago, it was 30 this morning)

 

 

"1000, oooo, that's a deep burn..."

last week i just did a plain 3 core lift work out..

 

one day hang cleans, other squat, other bench.

 

 

very lo-key but had more cardio.
