5/23 Weigh Ins!

Did it.

 

255! (.6 but I'm taking it)

 

20 pounds lost.

 

My new pants that I bought right before this that were a little tight on me are now falling off of me.

 

I am down nearly 3 belt sizes.

 

44 pounds in 9 months overall.

 

All of this done with basically no working out whatsoever, just dietary changes (and I still eat bad food).

 

Thanks everyone who has helped me get to this point!

198....for me

 

This 6 days a week working out is killing me but it reallys seems to working. Today is my off day, but still going to go play 18 holes.

 

Play I could not be more happy for you, them mental benefits are amazing are they not? Keep it going!!!

you probably have to adjust your shot to accommodate to the new size of your body. Like your right elbow is probably getting away from your body too much because its used to being a little farther away.

I forgot to post my weight the last couple of weeks.

 

I am currently 200 pounds.

 

No time to work out since I'm gone 11 hours of the day. I'm going to step it up Thursday. My friend and I are going to start working out Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
