nut June 12, 2008 Share nut Member June 12, 2008 Well! This at first was a challenge.. but that didnt really pan out the best.. BUT, no worrys. I liked this forum because i could post what i was working on and doing. I really increased my lifting... and reached some of my goals. I increased my bench max by 40... squats by 40+... and hang cleans by 10-20. I had fun and learned a bunch of new techniques. I still want to keep this forum going... (maybe not with the weekly updates.. pics.. etc.) but have updates and new workouts that we want to share with evreyone. Good work guys.. and good luck. Stay in touch.. i hope you all keep working out and dont get FAT. i dont want to see any of you in the gc's biggest loser.. its Gc's biggest builder for life!
