Playaa January 10, 2009 Share Playaa January 10, 2009 COME ON! I have lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks. Do you know what I did to lose it? Changed my eating habits again. A year and a half ago I weighed 298 pounds. Now I weigh 230 pounds. I've lost 68 pounds and have not done a THING besides changing my eating habits. That includes: - watching my portions - not eating certain things (soda, chips, sweets) unless it is in a very small amount...which ALWAYS satisfies my craving - eating healthier foods. I buy organic, I have a clementine for a snack (oh so GOOD!), I make my own food. You would not believe the health benefits of making yourself a gyro sandwich. It's a piece of cake too! Take 1 tub of yogurt. Add half to 3/4ths of a sliced cucumber. Add in 1 to 2 garlic cloves. Add dill. Some olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend it. Add feta cheese. Grill a piece of chicken. Slice it. Slice a tomato. Warm a pita pocket with some olive oil on a pan. Put one leaf of roma lettuce on the pita pocket. Put your "gyro sauce" (tzatziki) on that. Put your tomatoes and chicken on. Slice some more cucumber and put it on. Add feta cheese to taste. You now have a full meal in your hand that took probably 10 minutes to make (once you have the sauce blended) and the hardest part was turning on a blender. It's easy, tastes awesome and best of all...IS GOOD FOR YOU! The worst thing in that is the pita. I'm at 16 pounds lost. Are you people really telling me that you are going to give me $80 without a fight?

Playaa January 14, 2009 Author Share Playaa January 14, 2009 I can wear a size 34 pants. They are a little too tight but I can wear them. I am wearing a size 36 now for the first time since I was a freshman in high school nearly 13 years ago.
