Preacher May 17, 2009 Share Preacher May 17, 2009 Ok so I'm starting my own business and I need a program to handle my day to day accounting and book keeping stuffs. I really would like something like quickbooks pro or equivalent if possible. I don't know if it even exists. Maybe one of you fellas who work in a "nerdery" <--lol could let me know if there is such a thing and where said thing could be found

shaftiel May 17, 2009 Share shaftiel May 17, 2009 Quickbooks is offering a free version to all business owners. I'm not a big fan of Quickbooks, but it is better than nothing heh . Shaftiel
Preacher May 18, 2009 Author Share Preacher May 18, 2009 the quickbooks free version can only track a max of 20 customers so it won't work for me, I'm going to check out the other two. Thanks for the input fellas.
stutters May 18, 2009 Share stutters May 18, 2009 when i had my own business, i was using http://www.freshbooks.com/ + an "extended trial" of quickbooks. i tried gnucash, but there was something that didn't work for what i needed. hopefully it works for you, but if not, that was the only alternative i was ever able to find to quickbooks. in beta, haven't used, can't vouch for. but it's free during beta. http://www.netbooks.com/
