You don't have to do that, really--it might be 3 months before I have the money to buy computer components again. My wife is making double (literally) what she was, but we have some debt to pay off before I can think about splurging on a nice sound card.

 

Leave it up, so if someone wants it, they can get it--if ya' don't sell it, I'll probably buy it. Really, I'd feel bad making you wait that long.

I have a psu, sound card and the dvd player

 

and yea the psu will work fine w/ your system. I had a 260 on mine and the 8800gtx that unclean sent me and powered them fine

does that sound card connect to front case-based mic/phone jacks? Or does Creative still make it so that you have to buy their extension bay thing in order to have any front jacks?

o hehe idk, I've never tried...neva used the front panel, always use rear
