here's some speeches Ive added to my workout playlist, that always helped me workout harder and keep going when I'm feeling tired and feel like I can't go on anymore

I'm not sure of these will help you but it def. helped me out, It pushed me to work longer and go further when I thought I couldn't go on anymore. hope these will help you a bit or alot when it comes to reaching your fitness goals =)

My progress alone this year:

I weighed 201lbs earlier this year, as of now *03.27.2012*, I am 159lb, 9lbs away from my goal weight

Other goals I need to reach:

run in the top 100 in the "Komen Detroit Race for the Cure", "5k run for Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention" and "5k for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society" and hopefully more races to come

most important one I really want to reach is rank "Warhawk" when it comes to my AF BMT physical Test -___-

***PS. what has helped you or motivated you to reach your goals? feel free to share with us and help each other out =)***

i've got that giavanni video on my phone and watch/listen to it during my warmup. "when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful." boom.

here's another for the collection:

and if you ever really want to know how hard you're not trying, watch "surviving the cut" on discovery. netflix has it streaming, too.

oh, nearly forgot my progress...

i was up to about 265 in january. i'm at 235, aiming for 220, but not really fixed on a specific weight. i want to keep my bp under 120 (was at 132, down to 118), continue going to the gym 6 days/week, and playing hockey 2x/week. as long as i'm active and working hard, i don't really care where my weight lands.

Ive def. been watching me some of those "making the cut" videos and it def. helps me and give me an idea of what I'll need to get ready for. Once I get throught my BMT, I'll tryout for the PJ, what really concerns me at this moment is the swimming aspect of the training -___-, but since then I have been swimming 45-1hr everytime I'm at the gym and slowly getting used to it.

one of my favorite/strong quotes to me are...

"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever." - Lance Armstrong
