Cinkadeus April 17, 2012 Share Cinkadeus Member April 17, 2012 Why do we not have Crash Course in the rotation? Having never played it til just a few minutes ago, I didn't see it as a bad map. There looked like some great choke points and death charge locations. Does it have other, server-side issues?

JackieChan April 19, 2012 Share JackieChan GC Alumni April 19, 2012 You guys should try it one night without all the trees I added in that campaign. It would be nothing short of a nightmare. Across the 3 maps (I don't touch finales except for that extra car there), I ended up adding 87 trees to be LoS blockers. That big area in level 2 where it has that dead parachuter in the tree looks like an open field in comparison. Don't know why Valve thought a swamp campaign was such a good idea. Cinkadeus April 19, 2012 Author Share Cinkadeus Member April 19, 2012 Wow, I didn't know you were tweaking maps. Cool. I'd never played that one until it was put in the rotation. I hate it as survivor... I get so lost.
samurai nightling April 19, 2012 Share samurai nightling Member April 19, 2012 Without the 87 trees he added, that campaign would not be able to be played 10v10. Survivors would run through it like a stroll in the park. It's too wide open, infected cant spawn anywhere, especially if the survivor team is booking it nonstop eliminating any upcoming spawn points.
