alright, its been a couple weeks since I posted in here... but I've come back with some good new threads and some advice for everyone that's trying to lose weight or just get back in shape in general.

When I first posted here in the "fitness center" i noted how since the beginning of this year, I started at 198lbs...now as of date I am down to 152lbs; the past month I've hit a plateau where I was at 158-160lbs and it was sooo hard for me to lose weight, I've doubled my cardio and my workout and still was no result, UNTIL I tried a new routine... I took a break off and ate normally as I usually did, 5-6meals a day etc to reset my metabolism. A week later I got back into working out, cardio running etc and Ive gone past my 158-160scale and finally got down below and to the low 150'ish. I'm still haven't reached my goal yet but I'm getting there, couple more lbs and I'll be happy, now I'm trying a new routine which is called "Intermittent Fasting". I won't say much about it but you can read some info on it here "http://artofmanliness.com/2012/01/25/intermittent-fasting/" started this routine this week, and I'll see how it works out for me.

here are also some other threads that you all may want to read up on, depending what your trying to achieve.

Hope this helps! and good luck with everyone's fitness goal!, remember. "NEVER GIVE UP!" =)

if you are low 150, and you only want to lose a couple more lbs then really you are at your goal weight. I mean you are hardly over 1% off your goal weight so you should be happy.

If you want to drop like 10 more lbs then that becomes much more difficult. For example I am 5'9" and weigh 176lbs, with very little fat. Based on BMI I am over weight. Based on I am in good condition I don't worry about it. But if I wanted to lose 10 more lbs I would probably end up shaving some muscle off because I would probably need to increase my cardio routines ratio to my weight training, plus lower the weight I am lifting and increase the reps in my weight lifting routines.
