Barashin July 16, 2012 Share Barashin Member July 16, 2012 (edited) This case is before the Board of Directors ("Board") pursuant to petitions for review filed by 3vil3wok ("Appellant" or "3wok"), a member of the GamersCoalition ("GC"). 3wok seeks review under the Procedural Rules of the Gamerscoalition, of the July 05, 2012, decision by Server Administrator Barashin (the "Admin") that banned Appellant from server retro.gcftw.com. The Appellant timely filed petitions for review and supporting briefs. The Appellee filed briefs in oppositions to petitions for review. The Board has duly considered the parties' filings. Having reviewed the entirety of the record, the Board is persuaded by Appellant's contention that "barashin (sic) banned me by accident going after someone else." Exh. 1. For the foregoing reasons and after a careful review of the record, we find the Admin's determination to ban Appellant to have been arbitrary, capricious, and an abuse of discretion and summarily reverse the Admin's determinations.
