amertrash December 12, 2012 Share amertrash Member December 12, 2012 So Nirvana is playing at Sandy benefit gig tonight, with none other than Sir Paul McCartney filling Kobain's spot. That is all.
shaftiel December 12, 2012 Share shaftiel Member December 12, 2012 sounds... terrible. Yet at the same time I really want to see it. Sigh Shaftiel

VooDooPC December 12, 2012 Share VooDooPC Member December 12, 2012 I would prefer David Bowie. But honestly, if they could somehow get Kurt Cobain to comeback as a brain dead zombie the songs would sound exactly the same.

MPG1770 December 12, 2012 Share MPG1770 GC Server Admin December 12, 2012 Whoever is organising the gig, tell the that people over the pond here would dearly pay for Sandy to blow Sir Paul McCartney away.

amertrash December 12, 2012 Author Share amertrash Member December 12, 2012 Hrm. I'll skip that deal, but I'll counter offer that we'll take McCartney if we can posthumously make Douglas Adams American.
Flitterkill December 12, 2012 Share Flitterkill GC Board Member December 12, 2012 The Mighty Boosh and mid 80's Young Ones have to be included in this deal.

JohnnyQuid December 13, 2012 Share JohnnyQuid Member December 13, 2012 Was on a gig last night in Gothenburg, I watched The Bronx play, a band i have been listening to seens i was 13. I have actually been thinking on this, alittle Nirvana reunion with Dave,Krist and i also want Pat to be back. Then they could ask Matt ( singer in the Bronx) to do the vocals! That my ladies and gentlemen would be an awesome show! For those who dont know who The Bronx are :
Cinkadeus December 13, 2012 Share Cinkadeus Member December 13, 2012 I'll take Douglas Adams. I never go anywhere without my towel due to him.
boiler December 13, 2012 Share boiler Member December 13, 2012 Everything about this is wrong. Nirvana died with Kurt, let it go folks. Hints of Nirvana may live on in the other members, but they cannot reconvene and call themselves "Nirvana". Related: I refuse to recognize Axl Rose's band as "Guns N Roses" unless they reunite with Slash. I know this too will never happen.
