VooDooPC March 15, 2013 Share VooDooPC Member March 15, 2013 I hope you have sun tan lotion on your pasty nerd body! I actually find 85 to be way too warm. I prefer somewhere around 65-75. During winter I never put the heat above 60.

Allanon March 21, 2013 Share Allanon Member March 21, 2013 Chicago gets up to mid 90s in the Summer (last year over 100 I believe). Which isn't even the worst part, it also gets so humid you can't sweat because you're basically swimming in moisture. That's why I'm going to Yellowstone where it doesn't get warmer than 80 and there is no humidity to be found. Except it does still get down to around 30-40 at night. Yellowstone can't get any warmer than that. The size and amount of bugs creates a permanent partial eclipse of the sun. Also, itching. glhf

I work right on a marina and get eaten alive while I have to wait for all the boats to come back and dock.

ilovetomatoes March 24, 2013 Share ilovetomatoes Member March 24, 2013 When I was up in Denali this past summer the bugs were killer. Luckily it was cool enough to wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, gloves, a hat, and a bug mask the whole time...
