Forums 345 Update

FYI - Make sure you change the skin to GCBLOOD345 - bottom left of the front page of the forums. Otherwise you might have the *last* version of the skin still selected and that one won't fully work with the new version of IPB.

 

Bug Stomper Log:

 

Added text to background picker.

Fixed no backgrounds for the display rows in the view new content page.

Fixed "Edited by..." div to not be orange...

Server status bars restored.

MemberMap formatting repaired.

So, it's kinda up. More tablety friendly with the member info moved from the left to the top.

There are a *LOT* of formatting problems and so on and such.

The Steam and XboxLive icon stuff that used to be underneath your avatar in forum topics? Disabled for the time being to return "soon" in a better form plus hover stats for CSGO, L4D2, Minecraft and so on.

Stuff on the immediate punch list: Minecraft Map, fixing the Member Map formatting, uhhh... oh yeah, the forum backgrounds beyond the three here now, more formatting stuff, uhh....

I've fixed this on my end with Firebug, it's a small semanthic mistake. (Left side Firefox 24, right side Chrome)

Something is totally screwed up for me. I thought the site had been down all day... but it was because of my theme setting. I tried to bring up the page with a browser I never use and it came up, but when I logged in... I got the same error message. It has something to do with the theme I'm using. I use the IP.BOARD because I like just the solid white background. If I select the 345, it works with no problem. I have no idea how I was able to trick it into letting me get in, but I did.

The very first time these forums were switched with any sort of background I immediately found a way to switch it back over to a plain background. That was a very long time ago. I remember having to change it back a few times before, but I always forget everyone else sees this site differently. This just seems so weird to me...

Sorry, I didn't mentioned how to fix the bad format in Firefox and other browsers having the same issue, this is how it gets fixed:

As you may noticed, you have to move the div with the post count outside the user's title div (with class "group_title"). Also I've removed two <br/> inside post_count div.
That should do it

Not sure if it was already mentioned but I think tags are broken. You can pick specific tags as BUY, SELL, DEAL,..etc etc but you can't add your own, extra tags as before on previous version
