Sky November 22, 2013 Share Sky November 22, 2013 I use the razer tiamat 7.1. If you've seen it, it's rather massive. Importantly, it covers my ears entirely, which is good because I also used to have massive cartilage pain after only a few hours. I generally advise avoiding turtle beach. They break often and for no reason, and while customet support is great at assisting you, it just shouldnt happen in the first place on their high end gear. The tiamat was 189$ when I purchasrd it but I believe the price should have dropped since then. I know best buy, future shop, and pretty much every store carries them as well as newegg and ncix. They are worth checking out. If you don't have a 7.1 or 5.1 capable audio card, there is also a 2.1 version of the headset available.
