Was limping in long hall in spit and on fire, just emptied clip to kill a witch, till i see 2 garbage cans squish right up against my face the common infected being in the way saved me, i juked the tank behind safety fence took adrenaline, and ran in front of him, buying pain pills running at same time shooting everything in my face, there was a guy getting pummeled by a charger and i shot at him emptying my clip but didnt get him down, thinking the tank was still chasing, i go into safe room, talking to my team; also cant tell how many ppl are up distance wise., and then im called out for rushing, while i prep myself ascertaining the situation, and infect myself with a med kit. Tank ends up dead, round ends, im banned. Justified rushing in my mind to reheal and exit to help team is a sound strategy.

Your whole team was still near the gates before the hallway run. I understand that there were 2 tanks but you rushed the saferoom leaving them all behind. There are plenty of places to post up and help your team without daming them to death. You had plenty of time to fall back and help your team. There was chat and messages from your team complaining that someone had rushed. This isn't your first rodeo on being banned for rushing, when are you going to learn your lesson and stick with your team. By now I would hope you would understand our strict rules on team based game play and not using self preservation tactics only. I am not going to lift your ban at this time being that this isn't your first ban for the same issue. It is currently for 1 day only, you should be removed longer from all the prior issues.

I had failed to mention there were 3 people down in the hall when i got around the tank, after i popped adren he did hit me forward, to further imply "oh my hes follwoing me."

Self preservation to later help is the only way i was still alive, i circled in close proximity to the tank, it was a narrow hall, and i circled around him, if i had gone back i would have gotten knocked down in 1 hit, or hit by the 2 garbage cans that were piled to the right of the entrance insta killing me. There were 4 special infected outside the safe room, if i had stayed to help, i would risk being caught by the tank which i didnt have time to look for other than keep moving, or the 4 special infected would have spawned as an incapper. No matter what i say its always deemed as wrong, because its not something you would do or deem as acceptable.

 

But you say i had plenty of time to help my team, when no, i had no time, to help, i aimed at the special infected to try and get it off him, but the strat of remaxing health to help is superior to ignoring the safe room alltogether and with red hp enabling myself to be surrounded, they had spawned 2 spitters but regardless >

 

In the moment it was the right thing to do, since its easy to go back and look and see well, if you did this or you did this, is a whole other matter etc etc.

 

Would it be any different to you if the 2 tanks had killed our team, but i had popped adrenaline from inside the safe room and saved the nearest one before death and escorted him. I think so. Which was my plan. So why is the safer strategy of helping my team worse than a suicidal one, in which i have no faith.

 

Any amount of time banned seems moot since i had clear reasons to rush, and all those prior issues in which i had valid reasons and took the time to explain on every point was totally ignored and shot down by everyone here, ignoring all my subject matter and dismissing everything based on "tone", i dont think i should be removed at all, if you take the time to re-read my posts.

 

I see nothing wrong with what ive done and id do it again because its the right play, instead of accepting certain death, regardless of how many teamates are up or not, if i think im going to die and i see no other way to live, its an acceptable strategy. This maximizes overal dps and hp. Thats thinking of team strats, since ive ran scenarios proving that as long as you dont go down your maxing dps will win the games over length and distance to the objective. I killed si inside the saferoom more than i would have if i got incapped.

 

Btw, i used 14 medkits as a healer for my time the last 2 games each round before that, and during that same round. Im no "zomg Rsuhaar." This banning stuff is making me really depressed when i mean to help my team and i keep getting punished for it.

 

Can you please see it my way? I feel like my points are ignored, and im here to talk it out, and i really want you to know that im not this kind of person you think i am.

p.s. and when i see people look at me rush into the safe room i want them to say "Oooh thats girly, yah she knows what shes doing, shes gonna save us! :D", not "Zomg That GIRly Again! Argh! weve told her! Ban ban BAN! i got killed when she went right past me." leaving out the part where there are 14 hunters on them.

There were/are plenty of places to hold up and not just rush the saferoom. Including the scafolding/platform near the saferoom. The one that is safely behind a fence.

 

I feel that the only time you have people saying "Oooh thats girly, yah she knows what shes doing, shes gonna save us!. Is when you are the last survivor alive and you made a pro rush to the saferoom.

 

I sill do not see your reasons as valid reasons to rush when there were that many people alive on your team that could have used your help.

 

I would like your main goal to be worried about keeping your team alive over your own well being. I think you made a step towards that with all the heals you dished out.

 

I also appreciate the positive attitude you brought to your post this time, so with that I will lift the ban this time. I think you know you are on thin ice though and I would recommend you play with that in mind.

Lol, well thanks for unbanning me, im happy to play again but please, thin ice and making a step towards stuff; ive ALWAYS been a team player(couldnt have survived expert otherwise, well ya of course i can solo it cuz u know im a raid bawse but still) that way, aaalways, im like killing myself for my team half the time, and i always rush out there first just to pop the boomers, its addictive, and then i die with like 230 percent deeps, u just hafta keep me around long enough to see

 

But i thought about the situation when i was on my motorcycle and ran over something unimportant, that i think should be discussed and i should make it in another forum as a new topic, but id like to highlight this as an example, because i didnt quite word it the way i wanted to before, and its about rushing.

 

I would be fine if i got banned for rushing, right regardless whether or not its justified it shouldnt be the place to object, then i post my reason and claim its a valid rush, and then its like okay, thats fine you might have been wrong for rushing right looking back on it now, but in the moment you couldnt say whwther it was a right or wrong decicsion im unbanning you now. seems like a pain, but its fine becasue i think it falls into an area where as long as that person tries to make the right one its okay.

 

To keep them banned seems like the wrong call because they were making decisions not to break any kind of rule, but to benefit their team seems legitament, and that can be by earning points or the strategy i use, by healing up in a safe place then coming out to help the team.

 

Like in the situation i was in you know how u can see the outline of your teamates to tell whos alive and not, well when your out of range, to me there were 4 people on my screen, but i only saw them after, i didnt see them when i was running like hell. Its rather difficult to tell whether or not your going to live or die, and to tell whos alive and dead on your team when it doesent show everyone on your team because of the map and distance, objectives block the glow somtimes, so i think that should be taken into mind as well. It might have been also due to being black and white.

 

Id just like to post these things because i feel like they are really important and somthing that shouldnt be looked over in making a decision about the validity of people's claims etc.

 

Dont take this the wrong way im not ungrateful for you unbanning me, im saying these things because its the way i feel, and id like to help and inform and give my opinion about this subject and ultimately have this be a constructive kind of discussion, or at least get the info out there and see this not happen to other people, or myself again >_>.
