Trouble .gc February 13, 2004 Share Trouble .gc Member February 13, 2004 because i like to do things way in advance, i would like to start working on a setup sheet so setup will be easy, and quick, and suggestions can be taken. so....what i am wanting to know is... -the size of the building? -how many tables there will be, and how many people will fit at a table? -estimate number of servers that will be set up? -anything else that needs to be in the building besides the obvious? (pc's, tables, chairs...) also, i know that we are estimating about 60 people to show..if we are going to put 60 people in the building, i am just thinking that there may not be room for the card games in the building...so what i was thinking about was using a canope type thing for outside? weather permitting like this IF there is not enough room, or using the upstairs portion? the only reason i am asking this so far in advance, is because i think its gunna take some planning for the numbers we are expecting? any info you can give me will help. spanks
PuppySurprise February 13, 2004 Share PuppySurprise Member February 13, 2004 um i think i read elsewhere that there would be 65 people with 3 per table so estimate about 22 tables. But you dont know who has pc's/towers as opposed to those with laptops which require less space.
Jaksiel February 13, 2004 Share Jaksiel Member February 13, 2004 I'm probably just gonna bring a laptop. Zooks might also, but I'm not sure. Either way, a canopy would probably be a really good idea. On a semi-random note, Pup, you going to be going to MML again this year?
