I joined the 10v10 server when a game was in progress, my character had no gun and was black and white. Obviously I died a few minutes later. Afterward I went afk for about 1 minute and when I came back I was banned, and I have no clue why. Why was I banned? Can this ban be undone? In any case, someone else should be along soon to check into it more. Welcome to the forums, by the way! Oh if you could post your actual steam ID # too, that'd be nice (ex: STEAM_1:0:8675309555) My other thought is that you may have been votekicked by your teammates... sometimes it happens like that even right when someone joins the server.
