Graphics problem

Hello All

I am having some problems with my CS.

Sometimes when playing all the other players are running around but they are way above me. Sometimes they are half way into the ground. I know sometimes admins stick players into the ground but they were still moving about normally. This has happened to me a few times now but I dont recall which server. I've also ask other players in game and they dont see what I see. Any ideas?
