I just got the GeForce 7800GS ($245) at Frys Electronics.

You're going to have to have a power supply with at least 350watts ($69)....that's important.

The graphics run smoothly. I was surprised how fast Civilization 4 runs with this high-end vid card.

Also, cs_militia in CS:S is absolutely gorgeous with this new card.

Of course, Oblivion is breath taking....

I went to Fry's Electronics and bought the GeFORCE 7800GT for $369.99 and will install it later tonight.

Can ya'll tell me if I spent too much for this? Is this too much power for this ONE game? Should I keep this card (i have a 30-day money-back guarantee)?

If you said anywhere from 6AM-2AM, then I was on but must have gone to the restroom.

I spent $50 for the game and then $15-16 per month for 8 months for the subscription of WoW. It gets expensive.

Also, I stopped playing altogether as a level 42 Undead Priest. It just got too repetitive and took too much of my time.

I wish there was a MMORPG out there that didnt require repetitive time-consuming tasks.
