At this point in time the only thing to do is cheer on the Pistons. If the wings woulda stayed in I have no doubt they woulda won the cup the same week the Pistons embarrass the Mavs.

so i don't know why and maybe u guys can help me, but my ping wont settle under 500 at the moment, for any server anywhere. i average like 9 for #2 and am a lil peeved i can't get around this, just wanted to know if there was a quick fix comin up.

completely reformatting my hd would suck, i could do it tho. i've got about 50 gb of songs that suck to move. any ideas?

A few days ago steam froze on me and I ended the task in the task manager. Then I wasn't able to get it running again. I'd click on it to execute steam and nothing would pop up, there was a task running but nothing would show up. If I clicked on it again it would tell me that steam was already running. In order to end the task I would have to go into task manager where no steam application was running but the process was.

So I unistalled everything and reinstalled yesterday. It's all back on my computer from my retail discs but I can't get steam updated. I execute the program and finally something does appear but it's the steam is updating window and it won't complete. The yellow bars don't appear, somtimes it says it's reached 28% but never more. It freezes and then it disappears after an hour or so.

I'm going fricken crazy here and I don't know what it is.

anything you guys could advise me to do would be soo appreciated.

Ok you guys were talking about a "so-called" World Tour of Beers, If you guys can make it to FF06, a trip to the Winking Lizard is mandatory.  http://www.winkinglizard.com/100beers.asp  THAT is a World Tour of Beers.  Few fruity things, NO malt-ternatives, just beer.  Heavy on good tasting, light on filler.  Nothing brewed by Anheiser-Busch, Miller, Coors.  

 

They even list Guinness on the "Beginners List".  They have beers that you can find nowhere else in the country.   If you love beer, you gotta visit there.  There's one not very far from FF06, I'm sure Fatty will be happy to lead a field trip there, and if not, I'll do it!

I'm there! We have a couple places similar to that here in Toronto like the Bier Markt, which boasts a similar selection of world beers and is just a great time had by all. I think a trip to the Winking Lizard would be great fun...but it would have to be an end of the night activity I think...I assume most people would go straight to bed after such an outing...

3 mile warmup at 8:00 pace

stretch

1 mile at 6:00 for final warmup

WORKOUT:

24 x 400 meters

60 seconds rest between first 12 and 45 seconds between 13-20 and 30 seconds between last 4

ALL 400's must be under 70 seconds or you don't complete workout.

4 mile cool down, whatever pace you want.

my avg pace was 67 seconds per 400.

this is a difficult workout, but it does have the basic ideas of fast pace plus shortened rest, imporant for any workout. Well my 17 year competetive cross-country carreer just ended, i'm in the marathon ring now i guess or any other road race. Let me know.

It's not too cool to kill your teamates under pretty much any circumstances. Shoot, Piso coulda been banned.

But to go back a few pages, the whole idea of the guild was a few laughs and get a circle of friends, but we still had some stipulations. These were the same basic rules as GC, no big surprise.

O well it happens, if he wants to be back in he should apologize.
