I'm looking at building a new computer. I don't need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse for sure. I may try to use my current case I have pending on how good of a deal I can get on a case. I currently have a full-tower Thermaltake that is extremely massive. I am looking to spend in the 500-600 dollar range. Right now I am thinking I will reuse my current harddrive as well. Let me know your guys thoughts. I haven't build a computer in 5 years so I am a bit out of date with things.

We need to update this, only 4 maps in rotation. I know quite a few people would appreciate this.

Any chance we can get a scopeless server back? Played the last few nights after a long break. Some of the maps tonight it were out of control with all the awpers. At least with the new update there should be a restriction put on the number of them. I like the idea of scopeless coming back more though.

I agree, It's super fishy, and now not even a picture.. they at least hung saddam for the world to see..

a picture would possibly create more hatred for 'America' or the thought behind why it isn't being released. It might be seen as a threat towards the terrorists or invoke them to do something.

So I am looking to replace my 7 year old laptop that just simply is coming to its end. I wanna spend less than $500. Preferably something 15" screen size or smaller. how about recovering my files, papers, pictures etc?

Update I ran the above command only for it to tell me there is a pending repair and restart. I restarted however, the issue is my computer won't boot up into any kind of mode even safe mode I can't get it to boot. Any other suggestions?

Oh and my only options it seems after my computer to restart itself I can "start windows normally" which doesn't work or launch a startup repair. After it runs the start up repair it gives me this startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically

Only thing I can think of is a torrent I downloaded that might of created a virus. No lightning storms just some snow as of late. I use a hard wire connection for my desktop. I was posting from my laptop. I know its not the internet is my house as no one else is having such issues.

Once I get off campus I'll try the cmd and see what i get. I did run windows ram check and nothing funky was found.

I booted up my desktop this morning only for everything that accesses the internet to give me an error code of 0000000:5 or something of that sort. I tried to do a restore point from yesterday afternoon when my computer was running fine and that wouldn't happen because whatever is messing up my system wasnt gone for that point. Now when I try t use other restore points it won't let me click continue because its saying my hard drive "You must enable System Prtection on this drive." I am looking for some direction on things to try. Anyone have any ideas?

Yah Demoner, there are a lot of really good festivals scattered throughout the US. For the last few years I've gone to Lollapalooza in Chicago which is always a blast and there's also Coachella (which is HUUUUGE) and Austin City Limits

Lollapalooza overrated when you have artists like Lady Gaga granted tons of artists/bands but I'd prefer something more along the lines of Bonnaroo or Summercamp where everyone is really there for the whole festival not just an artist/band and only goes for 1 day. Music Festivals = crazy people but so does any large massive group of strangers coming together

I agree completely, that's why I want to go to Bonnaroo this summer, in fact as tickets go on sale this weekend I'm seriously considering buying one now while I have the money saved up. A really good friend of mine went last year and said the atmosphere and the whole communal feeling was phenomenal. Is no one else from GC considering this?

I've heard good things about Bonnaroo however its too far for me and by that time I will being starting work.

I've never been to Bonnaroo but last year I went to Summercamp which is quite similar only held over memorial day weekend. Its held near Peoria IL. I had a blast last year and I am hoping to make it there this year as well.

Zero, might I recommend more than 7 for your A team. You know how much trouble we had fielding 5 when we had 10 in IM, and it's not fun playing 4v5 or getting an ff loss.

yeah i would strongly encourage to have more then 7, as everyone schedules never seem to quite line up the way one hopes.

Just purchased it on Steam, hoping to try this out tonight.

Fixed long-standing bug in which a player would see another player in a grenade-throwing animation when they no longer had a grenade as their active weapon.

 

i dont believe it, what finally made them decide to fix it?
