Ah sweet, I play alto for the most part, too. Were you going for F# or G on the slip? What model sax is it?

I was just going for the High F#, I really struggle with anything above the F#.

It is a Selmer AS230, I absolutely love it since my last was only a student Alto.

I haven't had any lessons before, but I plan on that soon seeing as I want to do something with music when I get into college.

I LOVE the normal red gas canisters, and even propane tanks......

Im in the Black Suit with the Alto Saxophone, It's certainly not my best.... but it is all that I have on tape.

In the second Solo I do squeak, but that was a very high note and I had only gotten that saxophone that week (Brand New)

We did this at a craft fair, we had played earlier with the whole jazz band and then pulled this group together with who was left.

I've been playing the Alto for going on 7 years now, but Improv is still relatively new to me.

I can tend to be a Dancing Dan every now and then, but that is about all I would say.

I was just wondering what people were bringing console wise.

I have 2 Guitar hero controllers for the 360 and a wiimote/nunchuck that I could bring

If it was absolutely necessary i could bring my 360 or Wii also, though i would prefer against it.

So I was just wondering who is bringing what and what else we could need.

i haven't been able to face random people online but from what i understand a lot of people are having this problem and the friend ode matches work.

My Fav. new chars. are Meta Knight and R.O.B. (with whom I was able to beat 5 people in Cruel Brawl.)

I found it VERY easy, do nothing but get survivors until you have no vacancy, and then get guns........ repair when needed and only us MP5/Chainsaw combo

This was something entirely separate from the school competitions, which are a it more regional.

they had a bunch of schools filming throughout the day but each came at different times for their own filming.

Meh, it's already been tapes as to stop anything like that from happening like that. I would have tried it if the "coach" wasn't there watching everything we do. I plan on youtube'ing it though.

We had to wear ties (or were supposed to at least) and button up shirts; So I'm kinda surprised that I was able to get away with the 8-bit tie at all.

(The schools we were facing are much bigger than ours BTW, so our loss doesn't matter quite so much)

Hey, i just wanted to let anyone from NE Ohio know that I will be on Channel 5's Academic Challenge this Saturday night at 7:00 o'clock. I'm on Coventry's team and I will be on the Right wearing an 8-Bit Tie from Think Geek. I don't really get to answer very many questions though seeing as my team's leader is much smarter than me and this is my first year but I just thought Y'all might like to know encase you watch the show.
