  1. I acknowledged he is wrong in my first post. :)

I don't have selective reading, hence i picked up they both have accepted illegal money, you didn't. I have also acknowledged already that Obama's campaign allows money to be donated by credit cards too easily. Who's really got the selective reading. I admitted Obama is wrong, but i can read and the article clearly says McCain has too. They are both wrong, wrong is wrong. One is not worse then the other when both in the wrong.

  2. Nice. my arms are 15 when flexed but im a small guy by nature. I wrestled 103lbs for 3 years in high school. Im up to 142lbs now at 5feet 10in at 26years old. When i started lifting a 3 maybe 4 months ago now i was at like 125-128lbs. Target weight is another 15 lbs on the chest arms and back. Ill keep that in mind if i stop making gains. Fortunately for me, i've never had a problem with fat. I eat 2k calories on off days and closer to 3000 on workout days and can't tell that ive put on any sloppy weight yet.

I should add chest fly's into my workout if they are giving you good gains. I've heard keeping your skin moisturized and with vitamin E will help keep the stretch marks to a minimum. So far i don't have any and i've put on some good weight in a short time.

About diet i hear you. When i first started back working out i ate fast food for every meal. Now i eat almost exclusively at home. I used to be addicted to some drugs that i kicked too, and that also brought back my motivation to live a better life including eating more and better. That alone probably has something to do with the quick gains i saw in the first 2 months.

  3. Obama and McCain both have recieved money they should not have. Through whatever means, they are both doing it. Now sure, Obama has a little more, but still a small % of the 450mil he has raised. It's like this. A lie is a lie, a big lie isn't worse then a small one, sin is sin. They are both wrong and 2 wrongs make a right. So it's all good in the long haul. They both did it, Obama did it better. :)

Half of that was meant jokingly :) All i have to say is McCain is also guilty of this, just through different means. His website won't allow a card to go through as easily as Obama's, but that does not change the big picture. They have both accepted illegal money.

  4. my last post in here was sep 5. Its now Oct 24, im up 5 lbs, gained another 1inch on my arms.

I am up to 6 sets of 5 pullups with alternating grips mixed with elevated feet pushups on the 15-14-13-12....to 1, then 1, 2 , 3, 4, .... back up to 15

Depending on the day i will do like 5 sets of 8or10 dips. I rest as little as possible during my workout so that my arms are warm and the heartrate stays up. I try to burn through everything quickly and controlled. I've been playing around with this for a few montsh now and it seems to be working for me.

I can rattle out the dips, pushups, and pullups in less then 30mins and im dead beat tired. If i could show what this simple workout has done to my bod in a short amount of time you wouldn't believe it. I only gained 12-15lbs but it's all in my arms and back. I do all of the reps slow down, slow up, squeezin the muscles i am working. So not only has this given me more mass in places i wanted, it's cut-up looking mass.

I dont mess with many free weights but do have some. My heaviest dumbells is 40lbs and i can curl that 8-9 times per arm. I picked up a 45lb and could curl that 5 times beore exhausion. To put it in perspective, 3 months ago i bought 20lb'ers and started with the going 8-9 per arm at 5 sets. So in a realitively short amount of time my actual strenght gains are fairly impressive. To myself atleast. I never though a smaller guy like myself would be curling 140lbs on a straight bar so quickly.

I rest 4 days a week and murder my muscles mon-wed-fre. I also drink IsoMass shakes eveyday + a multi vitamin. Gotta eat good, and burn those muscles up when your working out. I try not to even take any breaks between things. Just go go go. All slow controlled motions while lifting, not pushing through your reps as fast as possible is working great for me. I actually have muscualr arms now days instead of spagetti strings. :) If i wear a wife beater or cutoff shirt to work, i def notice that other people notice too. ;)

edit: to add to the topic... well i can't. I don't watch TV, read blogs, or listen to talk shows on the radio... I get news from yahoo.com and politico for the most part.

  6. Mr. McCain did collect about $173,000 from donors who appear in campaign finance records with only a name and have no other identifying information. Mr. Obama collected about $314,000 from such donors.

How can you return money that came from "fsad fsad" And once again, McCain has bad donors also as the article points out. Not as much money from them, but he isn't getting his money in the same ways Obama is, and he's behind in the polls (less support). Either way, your right he should not be accepting money from such sources. Whether they did it to remain private or surpase the donation limits is speculation since we don't know where it came from.

I'll skip the blogs after everything that has been said about blogs as sources in the last few days. Im actually suprised to see you even try to use them.

Preacher, seriously, do you ever add anything on topic ?

  7. I only made it through about half the list of his shady associations, that's enough for now. I don't think i included any blogs or opinion pieces. I tried to keep it to articles and videos, i miiiiight have messed up on a few, but the facts ARE out there. And in multiple places.

At this point in time, my point in showing his associations isn't to make anyone change their mind on a vote. My point in that Obama might have some bad associations, but who doesn't. And at that, McCain has way more, so who really has a trend. McCain cheated on his first wife at that, scum. Got his money from his 2nd wife, and the articles will explain how that came to be. McCain's whole past if full of shady stuff, but like i have been saying it doesn't really matter to me. I just wish people would drop the whole associations thing. If not, two can play at that game. That's a game McCain WILL loose.

    :)

  9. umm. Half of those links are to mainstream news sites. The other half that are links to blogs, can still be found on mainstream sites. I listed so many i didn't want to take all night doing it. Dismiss it if you will, but a lot of those links are to reputable sites, not blogs.

Do a search for yourselves on La Raza, or Jay Parker or G Gordon Liddy, Rick Davis, etc etc. There are facts behind this.

  10. Much of the increased attention for McCain derived from actions by the senator himself, actions that, in the end, generated mostly negative assessments. In many ways, the arc of the media narrative during this phase of the 2008 general election might be best described as a drama in which John McCain has acted and Barack Obama has reacted.

This has nothing to do with media portraying McCain in a bad light, he is bringing it on himself. I made this same thread yesterday, just a different title.

He's running a negative campaign, negative rallies, and 100% negative advertisements.

  11. Seriously though. Why did it take me making a McCain associated with terrorist thread, to get a mod of this forum to make this thread ? Was it not enough when Obama was 'associated' with terrorist ?

I should probably just leave this alone, maybe i look into things too much.

And i agree with you Dweezil. I don't care for either ticket myself. Only reason im voting Obama/Biden ticket is because the lies they are telling will hopefully benefit me more personally then the lies McCain/Palin are telling. Plus im pro-choice and don't like wars. At the same time, Obama better not try to take away my guns !!!

  12. First i'd like to say thank goodness i didn't get one of those warnings this time :)

And second. Why is this close to being closed ? It's no different then half the other threads in here. This thread has more links then the last 20 threads combined, and not one person has defended McCain or even tried to prove anything wrong except ZD. He attempted 1 name out of all of them. The same people that were in the Acorn/Ayers thread bashing away either steered clear of this one like plague, or are in here diverting the subject. You know the thread that you changed the title too while whistling innocently ? Are we not allowed to bring up McCain's associations but talking about Ayers day in and day out is ok ? Or am i missing what your getting at.

Not that it matters, but Unclean your voting for McCain i take it ? I don't mean that as a low blow or anything but i must be really missing the point of why this one is close to being closed while Obama bash-a-thons go on every day. This one isn't even bashing McCain, no one will even acknowledge what i've posted.

I dislike hearing the whole "typical" and "you add nothing" also, so i thought i would start using it myself. I will stop, sorry about that. Figured it was the best way to prove another point. Point being, it's uncalled for, but we hear it every single day.

  13. Long post , too much about Obama in a McCain thread. Funny you didn't address not one of his asscociations just went on about Ayers and condemning a fellow Christian. As a "Preacher", you sir, should know better then to think like this. If you looked into half of what i said you might be a little stired up about your own ticket.

I know. It's easier to divert the attention back to Obama and just bash on him. Another typical "Preach" response. You have added nothing to this thread that is relavent. :)

  14. You don't expect a right wing site to expose their own candidate do you ? Telling me to find a right wing site with this info, that's dumb. You want credible sources, if you don't like a source it's not credible to you. You discredit something by the source alone most of the time, without even looking into it. Whatever floats your boat man. It's like you can't even admit McCain has some shady association's in his past...

  15. I didn't think you would even try. Typical response. I didn't post any links because even if its msmbc or cnn, it's a typical left wing bias site so i can't win with you if i post links. Ill post a few links to the next couple, the one above, feel free to research on your own, it;s your candidate i figured you would already know.

Pastor John Hagee ? McCain was "very honored" by his endorsement. Honored to have the endorsement of a man who called Catholicism 'the great whore'. He actively sought this man's endorsement for over a year.

    Todd the dude Palin ?

    http://marcambinder.theatlantic.com/archiv...in_tales_fr.php

Hope you get my point. None of this even bothers me. Associations happen with everyone, especially in politics. What does bother me, is hearing about Ayers every single day, when Obama is not Ayers. They are different people, have different histories, different goals, different everything.

    Need more bad associations ?

  16. Honestly, that's not suprising. Harlem... It's the same as the now famous redneck video floating around of a few white trash people supporting Palin and McCain. West Virginia.. Some people will vote for Obama because he's black, some will NOT vote for him, because he's black.

Pretty funny that they were saying Palin would be a good VP if Obama was elected though. That just shows, they don't even know who's running with who, let alone their stances on any issues. Just proves the point, some people are uneducated. If a black man wasn't running, these same uneducated people would still be voting for someone, with nothing to support their vote. So not much changes.
