Luckily I got it free with my new video card that is on its way, thanks newegg! But this is going to be an expensive few months coming up. Uncharted 3 and skyrim top my list currently. Just grabbed BF3 but waiting for the new card to start that one.

Hmmm.. may have to check this one out.

If we can move chunks from our current map to the new updated maps then i will play again but until then i am sick of building over and over.

Most pumpkin beers don't make the cut but Dogfish Head has a good one but BJ's a brewery/restraunt chain based out of Sacramento has the best Pumpkin beer in my opinion. Fall has some of the best beers out there, got a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada's Tumbler brown ale in my fridge that needs attention, speaking of....... ok back with one opened and 1 back up ready to go.

Stutters is correct about the Stone brewery. Luckily Total Wine & More opened shop here in Reno and they have all the 22oz harder to find versions available.

Had to temp ban 4 people this morning after a few warnings and their team screaming at them in voice chat... guess its gonna happen with such an awesome server, everyone wants to play here... even the people who are only in it for themselves.

Also with you on those foul mouthed bans Nightling.

Dean connects from Taiwan and seems to never have issues. Cooookie, don't you and Mashta Jurioz live together and often play together? The combo from one network may be contributing.

Hopefully its something that can get fixed by a restart and isn't a major issue. Losing the spec spots would make life tougher to join and do admin related work.

I think I pulled off 3 witches shredding me up yesterday... not fun

So many witches.. this was after they had triggered atleast 5 or so. Not the first time this has been done, just something funny to post.

If we spawn a new world I am not touching Minecraft until the official game is released and even then it may be a while.... just getting sick of having to rebuild all the time.

-Too bad we can't take the current world as a world seed so the newly spawned world would have the things we already built.

Teams getting stomped is bound to happen, we try to scramble it up but people will leave/rage and players will switch teams... basically its hard to manage a perfectly balanced game. There have been a lot more even games lately, we'll just have to keep doing our best to make sure the team numbers stay even.

-Just this morning we had a 900 point defecit and we came back to win in the passing. It's hard to say what's gonna happen, who's going to join and how it will sway the game.

A willing to learn noob is fine Boiler, you should jump on in sometime. I think everyone is just complaining about people who are hard headed, dont have audio or a mic and appear to have no common sense... you CS:S skills and ability to critically think would put you ahead of the curve

Feel free to ask people in game, the server is full of good players who like to help and keep a sense of community.

!level doesn't do anything buy give you bragging rights at this point, if the server ever gets reset for points or a 2nd GC L4D server is started they may institute something then.

!sendpoints or !sp does send points to your team members but only works for survivors. (example: !sp madvillain 9001) If you have the points to give you will send them.

Other commands are !buy- to buy nifty things, !points- will tell you how many points you have, !heal-will heal you for 15pts as a survivor or 30pts as a tank, !rebuy or !repeatbuy-will do just as the words say, !laser is a quick way to buy a laser sight for your gun (3pts). Most things can be accessed through the standard !buy menu

I don't see you on the ban list, so I'm not sure why you would be banned unless Jackie has some automatic anti-griefer thing going on. Try to log back in to the server, there shouldn't be anything stopping you from playing.

On a side note I don't know if you guys planned on sending a keyboard all the way to the UK so instead I will accept Maestro's (MPG) keyboard and will tell him everytime I play L4D with him how shiney and sweet it is. This has been a note from the desk of Madvillain (eMCee).

I with you on the annoyance level... the mornings have been so bad for rushers. Everyone keeps running off on their own and has little regard for anyone else around them. I try to be generous and give multiple warnings but some people just don't care. I know rushing is always going to be around but it seems worse lately. I haven't had many chances to get on the server at night to help police the issue, sorry Chick. But trust me you aren't the only one getting frustrated.

There were 3 rushing ahead, but there was no tank and everyone was still alive until that point. It was at the carousel and instead of waiting for everyone to jump down and/or finish helping the ones who got attacked in the room they started the event and ran on through resulting in 3-4 dieing. They had been asked not to rush multiple times leading up to that point as 2 kept getting attacked in back. At one point they had left people in the warehouse room and were running through the carnival rides prior to the alley. It was the same few who kept leaving everyone behind as Maestro and myself tried to help in the back.

I am the one that banned you, I warned the group of you multiple times to not rush. You were not the only one banned for this reason, all of the others ahead of you were banned too. The group of you kept leaving everyone else behind. I don't care if there are 2 ahead of you when there are multiples behind you that need help. It was only for an hour, you should be able to log back in again soon.
