i guess i can complain all i want....i was 18 the last time i voted...the 1st time i voted...what a negative experience it was for me...1st off, the man i voted for lost. 2nd...it was super hard to understand what holes to punch, and 3rd i had no idea what half of the bills they were tying to pass were for.

One thing i like about Kerry is his Education Plans. He states that he will put better teachers in the Classrooms, and offer more pay to teachers in troubled schools, AND, better training for prospective teachers. (which we need)

He also has a plan called "Open Until 6" (or something like that) which would allow after school care for children, and keep them off the streets.

Also, he is offering a tax credit of upto $4,000 dollars for every year of college...hopefully, if it goes through, more Americans will attend college.

He also has a strong stance on womens' rights. Being a woman I would appreciate a President who when out of his way to make sure that i was beign paid equally. He also wants to increase funding for research on Breast and Cervical Cancers.

are Christians against intermixing religious marriages? (ie a Jew marries a Christian or a Muslim marries a Catholic?) because i know that Jesus talked about this not being acceptable...Or women for that matter....what is your take on women? because a woman who was Canaanite begged Jesus to heal her daughter, and he called her a dog... Matther 15:21-28. It took this woman 3 times to get Jesus' attention.

Has anyone been watching the Swimming part of the Olympics?

I think this is where we will take most of the gold. Mark Phelps is one of the best swimmers in the Nation. He won the 400 Butterfly tonight, breaking another world record. He broke another one in the 400 IM....anyone know swimming or what i am talking about?

There are also a few girls to warch from the USA. Keep your eyes on it....its actually fun to watch.

i'll tell you what i do when this happes for me...

1) try a restart

2) exit and logout of steam (only if you remember your password)

3) try 100 more times

4) call it a night
