  1. I thought it was pretty good for an action/superhero movie, but for an X-Men movie, it strayed too far away from the comic to me. I missed the thing after the credits, though, so thanks, ZD.

I don't like Ian McKellen as a bad guy- he's too good at it and it makes me not like him. And I don't want to not like Gandalf. But yay for Magneto and his skillz that can't be stopped. Mustard swears he didn't see the chess piece wobble, but I did!

  2. You should still take care of your body no matter how fast your metabolism is. It'll affect how you feel and what kind of shape you're in 10...20...30 years down the road. Plus it's the only one you have.

  3. Ah-hem-hem. <readjusts glasses> Spermatozoa of the XY persuasion- that is to say, male, are stronger, while spermatozoa of the XX persuasion, female, have more endurance. Therefore, it is not a question of whether your spermatozoa are "manly" or not, but whether they are sprinters or joggers. That concludes today's lesson.

did she just say something about mah momma?

I took a sip of coffee just as I was reading this, and almost sprayed it out of my nose. :laughcry: I'm glad I'm alone; it was not very attractive!

  5. Lets see when everyone is going to get there. We're going to have to take into consideration the timelime of events. We don't want to be gone when they take the group pics. We may end up having to plan this for Friday, unless we make it an early brunch thing and then be back in time for photos.

  6. Great point, Goof.

Why, oh, why on earth should you expose yourself to that kind of negativity and selfishness?

Let me rephrase: Continue to expose yourself..... For what it's worth, I think you've made the right decision.

  7. First of all, I agree that you should wait to take any action -like ceasing to mow the lawn, etc- until you are 100% positive it was her. Then, if it was her, and she is unapologetic, or feels her actions were justified, then stop doing her any favors. Why, oh, why on earth should you expose yourself to that kind of negativity and selfishness? To feel like a good person? Please. If you want to feel like a good person and a good neighbor, volunteer at a soup kitchen or your local animal shelter. Don't let her walk all over you for the sake of doing a good deed. Especially if she's not going to appreciate it. There's no need to be a martyr. Of course you don't do good deeds for a pat on the back, but it's kind of dumb to let someone walk all over you.

  8. Um, hello? Did someone say coffee? Why are we even discussing this? Am I Teh CoffeeMaker, or not? I can make the coffee. I made it last year, I can make it this year. That is, if y'all want me too.

I'm not really getting an attitude, I'm just playin'. :)

  9. erm, darn, no video at all now that i go back....hmph
You wanted to see the poor thing get mauled?

All those vids were very cute. Animals are so funny. My sister's dog stayed with us for a few months, and completely terrorized my cat the entire time. And my dog just sleeps all the time. Usually as close to me as possible, if not on me.

Speaking of my cat, she's in my lap right now, making typing difficult, and staring up at me with an " I luurrv you" expression on her face. :twitch: I am beset and besieged with animals.
