i dont exactly know how to check my specs, but the model laptop i have is a Dell Inspiron 15. it can run l4d2 with minimal lag throughout the game, but only has semi-major lag when i start it up for the first time in a whole day. so maybe that can give enough info

I doubt you can play the game and stream from that laptop. The best processor they put in that laptop is closest to a low end i3

Also, check with your ISP and see if you can stream at least 720p without lag. Anything less would be a crime: P
