Your best bet for a raid would have to be the undercity or mulgore imo, mulgore is usually deserted of higher levels and the undercity has no where near the population of org.
I don't think the point is to irradicate an city devoid of competition. I think there's some desire for the raid to meet up against people from the opposing side. Personally, if I wanted to kill a bunch of NPCs, I'd go questing/grinding. There's more satisfaction of defeating a guarded city.

Go spend some time with your families.
Wise words.

As far as I can gather from looking at the shaman talent tree, no particular specialization looks powerful... but rather spreading out points through the three trees. Basically what I'd do is play a little, get a feel for how you like to play. Check out the talent trees and what you think looks pretty good and then go for it. When you get to a higher level, you may change your mind and, say, decide at level 35 that you want to change your talents. Like said, 1g to rebuild... and at lvl 35, 1g isn't a whole lot. Just be stingy about how many times you want to rebuild your talents, so play for a while and get a feel.

Ouch, 3 of the top 25 on Kel'Thuzad (server I play on) are Alliance. That's rough
-
23 with under 1k to 24 and I do smithing and mining, both over 100 I think it helps a lot
But yeah, I decided to play on Kel'Thuzad because it was a low population server at the start... so one of my friends (Zweih for anybody who remembers him when he played CS) and I play on it pretty regularly. We do an orc warrior + shaman combo, works really well. We just pick up a couple other guys whenever we need to do an elite instance like Ragefire Chasm or Wailing Caverns. We work together like a well oiled machine.

Made mine on Kel'Thuzad (Mountain time)... when I got my account set up and was picking servers, I wanted a PvP that didn't have high population and all the PvP servers in central did, so I went Mountain. Oh well. Lemme know if any of you guys are on it too Otherwise, best of luck to you all! For the Horde!

Side question, related topic --- mixing 2x256 with a 512 --- good idea, bad idea?

26 Orc Warrior, test 6 twas fun... went out fighting a Massive Infernal, Felguard, etc
Deciding on what horde warrior to make for retail... trying to decide with racial talents in mind. Trolls seem to get some solid bonuses for a warrior, but I like the look of the Orc better

Out of curiosity, anybody on Test 6? (Central PvP server)

I don't know why people insist on using "Idiot" as a derogatory remark.
id·i·ot
n.
A foolish or stupid person.
Courtesy of www.dictionary.com --- that's probably why people insist on using idiot as a derogatory remark.

Quest exp vs Monster exp... one way is not necessarily faster than the other. Somebody did an experiment on it testing how long it took, starting from a quest location, doing the quest and returning (including all experience involved) vs just killing for that length of time and they got more experience from just plain killing. If you do a happy medium it works better... get a few quests, work on the quests... you'll build up some stuff to sell or some trade skill surplus items to use (like ore for smithing...) so you need to go to a town anyway... so go back to where you got the quests... sell, complete quests. Simply finding one quest, doing what it requires and no more, then completing the quest will be slower. Killing only monsters won't get you the items and money that you get from completing quests. One extreme isn't smart - do both. Plus if you just keep grinding and never doing quests, you'll probably get bored... and if all you do is quests, you'll probably get annoyed with running and playing alone unless you've got a friend doing everything with you. Most people don't want to group with you and have you dictate every quest to be done. Group for a while, work on some quests with them which might involve helping one of them do a quest specific to them... but you'll still get the killing exp and loot as well as seeing the world. If you're still reading this and not wondering why I'm still typing, you're probably wanting open beta to start just as much as I am. Moral of the story is... I want to play WoW...

Just lately I started getting error messages (from running IE), asking me if I want to debug... here's an example:
Error
A Runtime Error has occured.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line:67
Error: Expected ';'
Yes No
If I hit yes, then it actually brings up code for me to debug. If I hit no, it carries on as usual. Any ideas?

Keegan just sounds a little more manly than, say, Lindsey... though there's a teacher at my old middle school who's name is Lindsey and he's a guy. My vote went boy.

I usedtacould. Give me a minute and I might could again. What's the problem?
anyone getting bored yet?
in MMOs
Maybe semi-bored, but I generally only do guild raids as is and that keeps me entertained. Unfortunately I won't be able to be in the MC raid this week for my guild, but next week is looking good. Plus I can't help but desire the new content.
