I also was in the server and this team killing went on for over a hour. There should be some kind of vote system when over a certain number of players to prevent this kind of behavior. I know from my experience on a different community server if there are only 2 people on a team and one kicks the other, there is no voting and on person can vote/kick a person just to troll so I understand why the vote/kick has been removed but there should be some kind way to prevent this.
