I still play UT3, some of these other clans are trying to recruit me but I only jam for GC, so I just server surf and drop in on games here and there.
I have a lot of fun that way, and I use a couple different aliases.

ONS 2.0 is a new gametype for Unreal Tournament 3. It's intent is to blend some of the past features of the Unreal Tournament 2004 Onslaught gametype into the Unreal Tournament 3 Warfare gametype. This was done by making adjustments to the vehicles and the player movement to more closely resemble some aspects of UT2K4 Onslaught and by bringing back 3 weapons not included in UT3.
Included with this new gametype are 9 maps that are remakes of the original stock UT2K4 maps as well as 3 remakes of some popular maps released and played on various league and ladder tournaments.
Note: All current Warfare maps, stock and custom, will work with ONS 2.0. The hoverboard still functions, and
the orb still in but can be removed from any map through this mutator.

I picked up a D90 kit from Costco, it came with a 18-55 and a 55-200mm VR lens, I wamt to get that 18-200mm VR and just carry one lens in my bag.

I have probably two terabytes right now. I may need more. How you can get by with a 160 for so long boggles my mind.

OK, I added a 750GB ext. drive and I went into media sharing on my WMP and added a folder for my ext. drive and it looks like its gonna work out fine, I can move all my music files to the ext. drive and they still display in my WMP library.

If your storing alot of music, I would just go with an external harddrive. You can get it with more space and it would be easier to set up than installing a new internal HDD.
That sounds like a winner, is it possible to get my Media Player to access its library from the external drive?

I am running out of space on my current HD, is installing a new HD just plug and play?
I plan to run the new HD along with my current one, will there be compatability issues with certain drives?
My current HD is a Western Digital 160GB SATAII 8MB Cache.
BTW any HD recs would be appreciated, I store a lot of music.

*update*
I was in the process of installing a new video card so I pulled the RAM and reseated, my machine has been running great. even with the increased temps of the new vid card. (cruises at 40c now).
I installed a PCI slot case cooler, it works pretty good.

As it stands they are waiting on word back from me about the scrim, it looks like we may have 3 so far including me but we will need 3 more for a 6 v 6 scrim.

What date/time are they thinking? I've got ut3 running now. I suck at it compared to 2k4, but I would be interested depending on date/time...
I will talk with them and find out their scrim nights.

So far so good.
It has been running at 28-30C with no freeze ups.
Got my fingers crossed.

Cleaned out everthing, now she is cruising along at 28-30C.

I assume you also compressed air'd out the fins on that Tuniq right?
I'd also pull that ram and at least reseat it. You smoke? If so (or just for the hell of it anyways) I'd make sure those heat spreaders on the memory haven't gotten gunked up with dust as well.
Ditto on the Video Card - pull it and clean/reseat it.
Everything so far points to a heat problem of some sort.

Halo Reach

I'm a old Halo fan, I enjoyed the original and then I got immersed in Unreal, since I was in the market for a new Xbox so I picked up the Halo version and it came with a copy of Halo:Reach so I will be heading back into the Halo world again.
