Most of the regulars to the .gc CS server have most likely played at least one game with me recently. Although I have been a part of the community for quite sometime. I used to play under names such as bl4d3, blade, and Don Gato - and now orangato. Anyway, I have recently become a Coalition Member and want to become more involved in this community. First off, I intend to begin getting into UT2k4 and CoD more in hopes of getting to know other members of the community that don't play CS. One method of helping the community grow, in my eyes, is by increasing the amount of time there are players on the servers. In the past few weeks I have been on the server in the morning and will just sit in there in hopes of drawing people in; many times to no avail. Also, I have tried to expand the night time hours by being one of the last to leave the server. I have already noticed an increase in the number of people playing on the CS server during later hours but not so much during the day. A major reason for this could quite possibly be the lack of admins around during these hours. Just tonight several members and I tried to track down an admin but to no avail. I myself would be glad to take on this responsibility and feel that I can definitely help to further develop this great place we have here. I would appreciate any feedback on what I've presented here, as well as on the idea of myself becoming an admin. Also, any additional ideas would be appreciated.
