RIP Darrell Abbott, guitarist for metal band Damage plan, formerly of Pantera. Poor guy was killed while ON STAGE performing in Ohio. He remains one of, if not THE most influential metal guitarist of all time. This is the worst thing that's happened since Layne Staley of alice in chains died!

yeah why does mobo upload at like 2k/sec ? Having the server empty for 2 days like that is horrible for the playerbase. Taking it like 20 minutes to send me a 5 mb file.

Don't know what my first game was, but I know it was also on a Commodore 64.

There was this game called tooth invaders where you would fly around with a toothbrush cleaning teeth before the germs destroy them. That game rocked man.

I remember getting annoyed trying to get games to load though, you had to type like load "tooth",8,1 etc etc and that's rough when you're like 5.

Well, looking at my suicide totals, it would appear that I'm the only one of us who knows how to handle a Rocket Launcher without blowing himself up.  I guess that's something.

You're definately right on that one, I think I played quake for so long i don't realize that the blast radius is quite a bit larger in UT, I kill myself with the rocket launcher all the time, and I charge into a heavily occupied node like a moron trying to heal it. All guts no brains!

I ping about 114 consistantly to that IP. I live in a horrible black hole in the internet, and I ping 105 to my first hop, so that's about the best ping I've seen to a gaming server yet.
