I prefer castrol synthetic but that's because I have a smaller engine.

I have 150k on my cavalier and it has never ran smoother.

It doesn't burn a drop of oil either.

Yes Ice it is worth it .

Studys show that it really cuts down on engine ware and it also helps preserve the metal in the engine.
