annoying Language bar and ctfmon.exe

UT2004 installs this and it is easy to kill if MS Office installs it. But UT2004 it keeps coming back and it is driving me nuts. HOW do it get rid of this?? Anyone know?

I have one of those running peacefully in my background I see...what's the problem. He doesn't bother me. He doesn't use any cpu. What's he doing?

It's an annoying Microsoft voice process that you do not need. It is apparently for voice compatibility and what not but you do not need it. It is just a waste of Memory running in the background. MS Office installs it as does UT2004 due to the type => voice thing.

I just went into safemode and deleted all ctfmon.exe files. Seems it isn't coming back now.
