European Tranny Shop in Bay Area, CA?

I have a 2000 VW Passat with the 4Motion AWD and the 2.8L V6 30 valve. 140k miles. The transmission just blew up on me, and Im trying to find a reputable shop in the Bay Area to repair it (either with a new transmission or a rebuilt transmission).

 

The transmission is a ZF HP19FLA and is also used in the Audi S4 Tiptronic, Audi A6 2.8L and 2.7 Twin Turbo, and the Audi A4 2.8L.

 

Any help or advice would be great. I really just want a good job with a warranty on the tranny so I can immediatly sell the car for close to its blue book, which is about $10,500. I need to make back some money to cover the cost of the repair, as I cannot afford to repair and keep the car.

 

I am located in Santa Clara, California, but I can tow the car up to 100 miles depending on how good of a place it is.
