verizons making me cry

so my modem will be hear any day but thier lame and thier gunna make me wait to activate my service till the 3rd. ima hafta shoot some one. i no ill jus call and complain tht usally works. id no i work in customer service. im gunna have to bring my compy into my office on the weekends and play too bad we have lame satellite at the office.
