Wouldn't be fair if the infected second half bought 5 tanks from the get go. Plus it's written that way in the plugin so I don't think I can change that. Also, as for rejoining the server, try to find it in the server browser by opening your console and typing "openserverbrowser", or connect directly by typing "connect 216.52.148.85:27015" in console.
