FutureSharpie January 24, 2015 Share FutureSharpie Member January 24, 2015 Sup guys, I'm FutureSharpie3000 (http://steamcommunity.com/id/fetusjr). Unbeknownst to me, I had been playing l4d2 with a close knit group of friends and had offensive phrases bound to my keys. I was navigating the !buy and when I hit my "0" key it was bind to say "GO BACK TO MEXICO *** "or something to that effect . I hadn't seen the chat messages, and assumed I was kicked for saying the word "brah". I realized the mistake I had made and immediately unbound all my keys. I tried rejoining another gamrs.co server and was banned after ~5 mins. For the short amount of time I did get to play with the clan members I enjoyed it, but am fully aware of why I was banned. I do appreciate a tight and dedicated community which is why I would like to apologize. Hopefully I will be allowed to participate with the server in the future. I understand the fact that dropping harsh language isn't tolerated, and do not expect to be unbanned. Either way, thanks fro reading my ban petition, and have a good weekend- FutureSharpie
Johnny January 24, 2015 Share Johnny Member January 24, 2015 Welcome to the forums! I was the admin who banned you. I joined server to people complaining about you making racist remarks. Then I witness you making a racist/homophobic remark. This is absolutely not tolerated. We are very serious about clean, respectful gaming on our very popular L4D2 servers. Since this is your first ban and you apologized, I will lift the ban. But this is your last and only chance. Do not ever express racist, homophobic, insulting words again, under any circumstances. And while you are here, please read the rules: http://gamrs.co/forums/index.php?/topic/34619-gc-rulescode/?p=421793 http://gamrs.co/forums/index.php?/topic/45111-l4d2-warning-to-all-regarding-servergc-rules/?p=542507 http://gamrs.co/forums/index.php?/topic/43069-gc-l4d2-stuff-that-gets-you-kickedbanned/?p=518168
